Somatic Awakening: A Practice of Embodied Transformation that Weaves Together Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Breathwork, and Meditation.
Somatic Awakening is a practice designed to help you awaken and align by gently inviting you to explore your somatic edges. Through this journey, you’ll have the opportunity to move through internal blocks, mental tension, somatic tightness, and emotional stagnation that may be held in your Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit.
The word “somatic” comes from the Greek root “soma,” meaning “body.” This practice is an invitation to deepen your relationship with your body as a source of wisdom, healing, and transformation.
Somatic Awakening weaves together Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Breathwork, and Meditation, offering insight into the thought patterns, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors that may no longer serve your growth and evolution.
What to Expect in Class:
- Yin Yoga – A practice of active rest that allows you to soften deep-seated patterns of tension and tightness in the body.
- Therapeutic Breathwork – A guided Breathwork journey designed to release energy that may be stored in your physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual bodies.
- Savasana (Deep Rest) – A moment of stillness to integrate the shifts and insights that arise during Breathwork and movement.
- Silent Meditation – A practice of deep listening, allowing you to observe and embody what is present within you in the moment.
- Chatting Practice – A closing space for reflection, integration, and optional sharing to support deeper connection and understanding.
This class is open to all bodies and all levels of experience. You are invited to come as you are, with curiosity and an open heart.
