Program Overview:

Liberate Your Wild is a 3-month, trauma-informed somatic healing journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, release outdated survival patterns, befriend your inner family, and return to your authentic wholeness. Through Therapeutic Breathwork, Polyvagal-informed education, embodiment practices, and somatic parts work, you’ll cultivate clarity, courage, and a deeper sense of freedom within yourself.

What's Included:

  • 6 in-person group sessions (2.5 hours each) blending somatic practices, nervous system education, parts work, Breathwork, and embodied integration

  • Two Therapeutic Breathwork workshops (including a Spring Equinox Breathwork ceremony)

  • Guided somatic and embodiment practices to support nervous system healing and inner regulation

  • Somatic Parts Work (IFS-informed) to befriend protectors, soothe exiles, and strengthen inner Self-Leadership

  • In-depth PDF workbooks with reflections, practices, and integration prompts

  • Trauma-informed small group support with a like-hearted community

  • Between-session integration practices to help you carry this work into your daily life
